September 2013 - One Year On

I came across new friends in recent months, Steph was one of  those larger than life people you cant ignore (even if you want to). She's over 6 feet tall and full of energy, inspiration and ideas. Oh yeah, and she was born a man.  She already runs a very site to support survivors of sexual assault and together we run a page for our local town.  The Rose Parade will be a new non profit venture supporting arts and charities, paying larger commissions than any other service and having a global market with links already in America.  The web site should be up within weeks now.  Anyone interested in selling their prints through the site can contact me through dA,  or Steph at stephanieelliottlowther@gmail.com

If you haven't noticed already, there are two versions of my last offering. I spent months tweaking until I loved it. I always ask my critics (the kids) for their opinion before posting, and they both felt it was too dark.  So I made a lighter version.  After some deliberation I posted both anyway, don't be afraid to like them both  




Many of you may already know , for those who don't, he's worth a visit. David does a monthly award for art excellence, he writes, he supports those in need of it and I often find his journals enlightening.   Hes a lovely man with two wonderful girls who adore him.  And  his girlfriend has just accepted his proposal.  Congratulations David and Becky   may you have a long and happy life together
